I hold the right to refuse any sale.

I do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

My rabbits do not leave until they are at least 8 weeks of age and until I am totally happy that they are ready to go.

Reservations can be made, and a non returnable deposit will secure. (I must add that piority will be given to people I know, who I have bought from or who have previously bought stock from myself; and to those whose studs I have visited or which have been recommended to me by a trusted source.)

Rabbits can be rung and transfer cards can be provided.

All rabbits are sold with a weeks supply of food to lessen the stress of moving and I offer unlimited advice, (if I can give it)- I am not a vet!

I hold a policy whereby if any problems are experienced within the first week after purchase, I will take the rabbit back and give a full refund. I strive to breed quality, healthy mini lops which are true to type.

The chocolate tort is a rare colour in the mini lop so tort babies are rarely available. I have a waiting list! -You can email me or write on my guest book if you would like to be put on the list.
